We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Resident Dentist / General Dentist to join our growing dental team at our Yelahanka, Bengaluru branch.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of clinical experience, strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills, excellent patient communication, and the ability to independently manage routine dental procedures.

This is an opportunity to work in a multispeciality dental setup with access to specialist consultations and a wide range of clinical cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Perform routine general dentistry procedures independently
- Manage restorative and preventive dental treatments
- Perform scaling, polishing, restorations, temporary restorations and basic prosthodontic procedures
- Handle endodontic cases, including diagnosis and basic root canal treatment
- Perform simple dental extractions and manage emergency dental complaints
- Provide appropriate patient education and preventive oral-care counselling
- Explain treatment options, procedures, costs and expected outcomes clearly to patients
- Maintain accurate clinical records, treatment plans and patient documentation
- Coordinate with specialists for complex cases and appropriate referrals
- Ensure high standards of infection control, sterilization and clinical protocols
- Follow established SOPs for patient care and clinic operations
- Build long-term patient relationships through ethical, patient-centred dental care




- Maintain a professional and positive patient experience throughout the treatment journey

Candidate Profile

- BDS from a recognised dental college
- Fluent in English and at least one regional language (preferably Kannada), with the ability to communicate confidently and empathetically with patients and their families.
- Minimum 2 years of post-internship clinical experience
- Valid Karnataka State Dental Council registration
- Robust clinical and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with patients across different age groups
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with specialists
- Professional, ethical and patient-centric approach
- Willingness to learn and upgrade clinical skills
- Good documentation and case-management skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
