nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for a proactive and research-oriented Training Research & Resource Specialist to support the Training / Academics team.

nThe role involves continuously researching the IT and Cybersecurity training market , identifying emerging technologies and certifications, analysing competitors, recommending new training opportunities, and identifying suitable trainers and industry experts to deliver new programs.

nThe ideal candidate should be curious about the technology and cybersecurity ecosystem and have a strong interest in answering:

n“What should we launch next, and who can deliver it?”

nKey Outcome

nResearch the market → Identify training opportunities → Recommend what to launch → Identify who can deliver it.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Research emerging technologies, cybersecurity certifications and trending training areas .
n
- Identify and recommend new courses, workshops and bootcamps for the training portfolio.
n
- Conduct competitor research and analysis covering courses, certifications, pricing, delivery formats and trainers.
n
- Track market trends and identify gaps and opportunities in the existing training portfolio.
n
- Research and build a database of relevant trainers, instructors and industry experts .
n




- Evaluate potential trainers based on technical expertise, certifications, industry experience and training capability .
n
- Reach out to potential trainers and coordinate with them for relevant training opportunities.
n
- Share suitable trainer/resource profiles with the Training / Academics team.
n
- Prepare concise market research, trend reports and new training recommendations for management.
n
- Maintain updated information on emerging certifications, technologies, courses and industry training trends.

nWhat We're Looking For

n

n
- 1–3 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity training, L&D;, market research, technical recruitment, resource management or a related field.
n
- Freshers with relevant experience, knowledge or exposure to IT/Cybersecurity are also encouraged to apply.
n
- Good understanding of the IT and Cybersecurity training and certification ecosystem .
n
- Strong research and competitor analysis skills.
n
- Ability to identify emerging technologies, certifications and market opportunities.
n
- Strong trainer sourcing, networking and communication skills .
n
- Ability to evaluate technical professionals/trainers based on relevant expertise and experience.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Good presentation and reporting skills.

- Proactive, curious and comfortable working independently.
