About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, curious, and dependable science graduate who can understand chemical products in depth, research recent materials and applications, and grow with us over the long term.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Polymer Science, or B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering. A Ph.D. is a plus for research-heavy roles.

- 2–5 years of experience in chemicals, specialty chemicals, pharma, paints, polymers, agrochemicals, or a related R&D; or technical role. Adjust this to your needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand product composition, properties, applications, and safety data (SDS/MSDS).

- Research raw materials, competitor products, patents, and scientific literature.

- Support product development, testing, and technical documentation.

- Prepare clear reports and explain technical findings to sales,



production, or customers.

What We're Looking For

- Strong analytical and reasoning ability. The candidate should solve problems logically and quickly.

- Solid science fundamentals. This includes organic and inorganic chemistry, reactions, and material properties.

- Research skills. The candidate should be comfortable using journals, patents, databases, and lab data.

- Fast learner. They should pick up new products, processes, and tools without much hand-holding.

- Stability and commitment. We want someone looking for a long-term role, with a steady career history.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
