We are looking for a hands-on R&D; Executive with experience in developing Natural & Ayurvedic Skincare , Haircare , Personal care products , Tablets & Capsules along with knowledge of QC testing and technical documentation .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize formulations for Skincare, Haircare, Bodycare & Personal Care products. Develop herbal/nutraceutical tablets and capsules . Select and evaluate natural ingredients, herbs, botanical extracts, actives, excipients, oils, butters, emulsifiers, preservatives, etc. Conduct formulation trials, sample preparation, stability checks, and product troubleshooting. Support scale-up and production trials and coordinate with Production & QC teams. Perform/coordinate QC testing including p H, viscosity, specific gravity, moisture, weight variation, disintegration and other applicable parameters. Maintain formulation sheets, specifications, SOPs, BMR/MFR,



trial reports, COA and other R&D; documentation . Support product development for third-party/private-label manufacturing and client-specific requirements.

Candidate

Profile

1-3 years of experience in R&D;/Formulation Development. Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology or related field . Solid hands-on knowledge of natural/herbal skincare, haircare, personal care and tablet/capsule formulation . Knowledge of QC testing, stability testing and technical documentation .

Experience in Ayurvedic, cosmetic, nutraceutical, FMCG or third-party manufacturing will be preferred. Good analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills. We are looking for someone who can independently handle product development from formulation trials to finalization and production scale-up.
