Role Description The Research Assistant role is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting client projects through accurate and timely research and analysis. Day-to-day tasks include gathering data from multiple sources, validating information, and organizing findings into transparent reports, summaries, and presentations.

The role involves working closely with consultants and other team members to identify research needs, structure research plans, and provide insights that inform business decisions.

The Research

Assistant will also assist with data analysis, maintaining research databases, and preparing documentation that aligns with client requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a virtual environment.

- Candidates should possess strong Research and Analytical Skills to gather, evaluate, and interpret data effectively.




- Candidates should possess solid Data Analysis and Laboratory Skills (where applicable) to work with datasets, tools, and methodologies accurately.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and professional collaboration with remote teams.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online research platforms).
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, social sciences, statistics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Prior experience in research, consulting support, or data-focused roles is an advantage.
