Job Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and innovative Electronics R&D; & Product Development Engineer who is interested in research, experimentation, prototype development and creating new electronic equipment.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand a problem, research possible solutions, develop circuits/prototypes, test them and help convert ideas into practical products.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and develop new electronic products and equipment.
- Assist the company in developing own-brand electronic products.
- Design and test electronic circuits and prototypes.
- Prepare basic schematics, circuit diagrams and BOMs.
- Select suitable electronic components.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting and debugging.
- Work with PCB design and PCB manufacturing teams.
- Research existing products and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze technical specifications and compare products.
- Research components, technologies and suppliers.
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes.
- Maintain technical documentation and test reports.




- Identify problems and develop practical engineering solutions.
- Assist in product cost optimization.
- Support testing and validation before product production.

Required Technical Skills

- Analog and Digital Electronics.
- Circuit Design.
- PCB fundamentals.
- Electronic components and component selection.
- Power supplies / DC-DC / SMPS fundamentals.
- Soldering and electronics rework.
- Multimeter and basic electronic test equipment.
- Oscilloscope and laboratory power supply — preferred.
- Microcontroller/embedded-system basics — preferred.
- Circuit simulation — preferred.
- Prototype development.
- Troubleshooting and debugging.
- BOM and technical documentation.

Education

Preferred

- B.E./B.Tech – Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Telecommunication
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Mechatronics

Diploma candidates with solid practical electronics knowledge and demonstrated projects may also be considered.

Freshers with strong electronics projects and practical knowledge are welcome to apply.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who enjoys research, experimentation and innovation.

The candidate should be willing to work on new ideas and should have the ability to learn, experiment, build prototypes and improve existing products.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on practical skills, experience and product-development capability.
