: Field Collection Executive / Officer

We are hiring 70 Field Collection Executives/Officers for our client's new project across various zones in Bengaluru (Urban & Rural). This role involves handling on-field collections, building customer rapport, and ensuring timely recoveries while representing the organization professionally.

Key Details & Locations

- Role Title: Field Collection Executive / Officer

- Total Vacancies: 70 Positions

- Work Location: Bengaluru (East, West, North, South, and Central zones)

- Employment Type: Full-Time / Field Job

Responsibilities

- Perform daily field visits for collection and recovery within assigned Bengaluru zones.

- Interact with customers professionally to ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.

- Maintain accurate daily logs of customer visits, payment collections, and status updates.

- Adhere to compliance, communication standards, and organizational field guidelines.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements

- Education:



10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.

- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.

- Languages: Fluency in Kannada and working knowledge of English.

- Mandatory Requirements:
- Personal two-wheeler with a valid Driving License and Vehicle Insurance.

- Android Smartphone for field reporting and tracking updates.

Salary & Compensation Package

- Freshers:
- Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 per month

- Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000 per month

- Incentives: Performance-based incentives

- Experienced Candidates:

- 10% – 15% hike on current CTC (subject to interview selection and performance)

- Statutory Perks: ESI and PF benefits applicable post-completion of 6 months in the organization.
