Role: Relationship Manager - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers and explain real estate projects.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements.
3. Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly till closure.
4. Coordinate with the sales team for documentation and payment process.
5. Achieve monthly targets for leads conversion and site visits.
6. Maintain proper follow-up records in CRM.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English

- Basic computer knowledge
- 0-2 years experience in sales / telecalling / customer support (Freshers can also apply)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is a target-based office job with positive growth opportunities in the real estate sector. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
