Role & Responsibilities

- Prospect, onboard, and manage C-suite & mid-market client relationships across BFSI, manufacturing, and infrastructure verticals in India.
- Customize financial product recommendations (loans, credit lines, treasury, trade finance) based on client cash flow, risk appetite, and growth goals.
- Act as primary point of contact—resolve escalations, lead cross-functional teams (credit, legal, ops), and ensure SLA adherence.
- Monitor portfolio health, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities,



and drive client retention through personalized engagement strategies.
- Prepare client dashboards, performance reports, and pitch decks for senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on RBI guidelines, market trends, and competitor offerings to advise clients proactively.
