Job Highlights

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives.

- Identify and onboard shops & businesses as Vehicle Insurance Referral Partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Generate vehicle insurance leads through the partner network.
- Achieve monthly partner activation and business targets.
- Coordinate with the central team for quotation, policy processing, renewal and customer support.

Candidate Profile

- 1–5 years of experience in Sales / Relationship Management / Insurance / Banking / Fintech / FMCG preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred.
