About Clixence

Clixence is a PropTech startup focused on connecting real estate developers and brokers through a technology-driven platform, making property discovery, collaboration and deal closure more effective.

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Relationship Manager who can build strong relationships with real estate brokers, understand their requirements, and help them connect with Clixence.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.

Onboard new brokers and explain Clixence's platform and services.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.





Achieve assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in sales, business development, relationship management or real estate will be preferred.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
