Role Description This full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role is based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring current customers, explaining housing finance products, and guiding applicants through the loan process from inquiry to disbursement. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high service standards, and regularly following up on documentation, approvals, and repayments.

and uphold compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also includes market outreach, engaging with local communities and business partners to expand Aavas’ presence and promote affordable housing finance solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse customer segments.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, field sourcing, and achievement of branch-level targets.
- Basic financial and credit understanding, with the ability to explain loan products, assess customer profiles, and support documentation and compliance.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work on-site in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, conduct regular field visits, and engage with rural and semi-urban markets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering timely, accurate service.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and digital tools for customer management, reporting, and documentation.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in finance, business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Experience in housing finance, banking, NBFCs, or retail lending is preferred; candidates with local market knowledge are encouraged to apply.
