Job Summary

SpotNxt is looking for a motivated and professional Relationship Management Intern to support our investment and investor-relations activities.

The intern will assist with investor communication, relationship management, market research, investment-related information gathering, follow-ups, and stakeholder engagement.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in finance, investments, investor relations, business development, relationship management, and startups.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with potential investors and stakeholders.
- Conduct research on investors, investment firms, markets, and relevant industries.
- Identify and organize potential investor and stakeholder leads.
- Assist with investor outreach and professional communication.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with prospective investors.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and relationship status.
- Prepare basic investor information, presentations, reports, and research summaries.
- Monitor relevant investment and market developments.
- Support the team in preparing materials for investor discussions.
- Collect and organize information requested by potential investors.
- Assist with relationship-building and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Requirements
- Students, fresh graduates, and entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Interest in finance, investments, investor relations, business, or startups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.




- Comfortable conducting online research and organizing information.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle professional information responsibly.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications Candidates with knowledge or experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
