Description:
The position will be responsible to drive and lead the regional team in the achievement of sales target, guide the area sales managers in relationship development and be accountable for all activities within the region. To manage overall business delivery and operation of the region through effective resource allocation, people management and internal coordination
Strategy and Planning
1. Develop Regional sales strategy in alignment with business vision for achievement of annual regional sales targets, expansion & retention of customer base
2. Set area wise sales targets for each product in alignment with overall Region sales strategy and share with the various ASMs
3. Develop an efficient distribution channel in the region by identifying and developing the key Stockists and channel partners
4. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
5.
Prepare the sales budget for the assign region
Operational Efficiency
1. Ensure adequate market & outlet coverage for Hamdard products in the allocated region
2. Ensure smooth and effective rollout of Trade Discounts and promotions
3. Ensure smooth rollout of C&FA; in the states of his region
4. Track achievement of the sales targets by monitoring sales reports, realization & collections, and modify and correct area-wise allocation accordingly
5. Direct the selling activities within the region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions
6. Maximize profitability of the region
Education: Graduate
- 17+ years of experience in Ayurvedic/FMCG/Pharma industry
- Distribution-planning and RoI calculations
- Previous experience in managing East Zone, Sales force, distributors and overall business.
- Willingness to travel around 15-20 days
Annual CTC: Up to 20 LPA, Based on experience and qualifications
