Jetprix International Pvt. Ltd., under its brand AYUDH, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to expand our dealer and distributor network across Gujarat.

The role involves appointing channel partners, driving regional sales, managing business relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Candidates with experience in batteries, energy storage, EV, solar, inverters, or related industries are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify, appoint, onboard, and develop dealers and distributors across Gujarat.
- Prepare and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and market coverage targets.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and support their sales performance.
- Identify new business opportunities through regular market visits and lead generation.
- Present lithium battery solutions and coordinate with technical teams for product-related requirements.
- Coordinate with the factory and internal teams for orders, stock availability, dispatch, and after-sales support.
- Monitor channel inventory, repeat orders, payment collections, and outstanding balances.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain sales forecasts, partner records, and regular performance reports.





Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 7 years of experience in channel sales, dealer/distributor development, or regional business development.
- Relevant experience in lithium batteries, energy storage, EV batteries, solar, inverters, or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record of developing distribution networks and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Gujarats markets; an established dealer/distributor network is an advantage.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to explain product features and coordinate with technical and manufacturing teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Gujarat.
- Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi; working knowledge of English is desirable.
