About the Role Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Zonal Manager – Field Sales to lead large field sales teams and drive B2C business performance across the assigned zone.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large Field Sales teams . Drive B2C sales targets, revenue, and business growth . Monitor team productivity, performance, and conversions. Develop strategies to improve field sales performance. Coach and mentor managers and field sales teams. Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews. Track MIS and key business metrics.

Mandatory Requirements

Strong experience in Field Sales Team Handling . Proven experience in B2C Sales . Solid experience managing large team sizes . Regional language proficiency is mandatory. Excellent leadership and people-management skills. Strong target orientation and business acumen.
