Role Description The Recruitment Specialist role at HDFC Bank is a full time, on-site position based in Mohpa.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection decisions across different business functions. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, designing effective recruitment strategies, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.



The specialist will also participate in onboarding processes, coordinate initial training and orientation, and ensure a positive experience for new hires. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment records, using HR systems and tools, and supporting compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidates fairly and interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support recent joiners and facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
- Relevant experience in recruitment or HR within banking, financial services, or a similar sector is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficiency with HR information systems, applicant tracking tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Commitment to ethical hiring practices, diversity, and inclusion, with attention to confidentiality and data protection.
