What Would You Do?

- The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Skilled is responsible for hands-on execution of end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles, business units, and geographies. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes in line with defined recruitment processes and service level expectations.

- The role operates within established recruitment frameworks and supports recruiters and hiring managers by managing requisitions, maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

- Exposure to Australian recruitment processes, especially in the airline industry, is mandatory.

What Are We Looking For?

- Primary Skill: Talent Identification

- 4+ years in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment operations including:





- Hands-on execution of end-to-end recruitment activities including hiring manager and candidate engagement, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.

- Managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with defined turnaround times.

- Candidate pipeline management and stakeholder coordination.

- Accurate maintenance of ATS data, trackers, and reports.

- Adherence to recruitment processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Recruiter will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks as per the recruitment process guidelines.

- Conduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pools. Source from existing candidate databases and determine the need for external sourcing to meet candidate volume requirements.

- Perform data mining for additional candidates. Identify new profiles for sourcing eligibility, source resumes, qualify candidate interest using appropriate technology tools, and match qualified resumes to requisitions.

- Support candidate intake through applications or expressions of interest using electronic, phone, or paper methods and process candidate profiles and applications.

- Develop candidate lists for screening. Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunities and invite candidates to apply as appropriate.

- Automated Candidate Screening Interactive Voice Response (IVR).

- Perform automated scoring exercises.

- Review IVR test results by listening to specific questions.

- Derive candidate assessment results based on IVR responses.

- Forward results of candidates meeting criteria for future consideration.

- Recruitment Administration and Analytics:

- Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis.

- Manage candidate and requisition data for in-scope processes.

- Partner with hiring managers and candidates to ensure continuous engagement throughout the end-to-end hiring process.
