Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ghaziabad. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers.

Responsibilities include maintaining job postings, building talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles, and ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience from application to onboarding. The role involves collaborating with department leads to understand hiring needs, updating recruitment metrics and reports,



and supporting employer branding activities to attract suitable talent.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in telecom, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and basic HR processes.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Understanding of local employment practices and basic labor regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Capacity to work on-site in Ghaziabad and collaborate within a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
