About the Role

IDigital is looking for a Recruiter / Hiring Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and efficiently handle high-volume hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, proactive in sourcing and follow-ups and capable of closing positions within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle mass hiring and multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct high-volume candidate calling, initial screening, and follow-ups.
- Assess candidates based on role requirements and coordinate interviews with the concerned teams.
- Maintain a consistent candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Ensure quick closures, with a target of closing suitable positions within 1–2 days, wherever feasible.




- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer discussions, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand and fulfil manpower requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Excellent verbal communication and calling skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls and following up consistently.
- Proven ability to handle mass hiring and urgent hiring requirements.
- Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and quick turnaround requirements.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
- Prior experience in a pure recruitment / talent acquisition role will be preferred.
