About The Human Loops The Human Loops is a fast-growing startup based in Nagpur. We work on AI and robotics data operations, with teams working across data collection, field operations, data processing, quality and other operational functions.

We are a few months old and growing profitably. We are building the company quickly and hiring across multiple levels as the team expands.

The Role

We are looking for a Recruiter who can get hiring done.

This is not only a bulk recruiter role and it is not only a white-collar recruiter role. You will handle a mix of blue-collar, high-volume, white-collar and mid-level hiring depending on what the business needs.

One week you may need to build a pipeline for 20–30 ground-level employees. At the same time, you may be sourcing a Team Lead, Manager or another experienced professional.

You should be comfortable doing both.

What You Will Hire For

Your hiring mix will include:

- High-volume / blue-collar roles: ground staff, field staff, data collection workforce and similar operational manpower.
- White-collar operational roles: office-based operations, coordination, logistics, data operations and support positions.
- Mid-level roles: Team Leads, Supervisors and experienced individual contributors.
- Managerial roles: Operations Managers and other non-IT management positions.

Our preference is for someone with strong non-IT recruitment experience who understands that sourcing strategies for these categories cannot be the same.

What You Will Own

- Manage recruitment from requirement → sourcing → screening → interview → selection → offer → joining.
- Handle multiple open positions at different levels simultaneously.




- Build strong pipelines for bulk requirements instead of depending only on incoming applications.
- Proactively headhunt candidates for Team Lead, Manager and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess experience, communication, role fit, salary, notice period, location and reason for change.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they actually join.
- Actively reduce interview no-shows, offer dropouts and joining dropouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers with clear numbers for sourcing, screening, interviews, selections, offers and joiners.
- Run walk-in drives and other local hiring activities when required.
- Build pipelines in advance for positions we hire repeatedly.
- Identify hiring bottlenecks early and change the sourcing strategy when something is not working.

Sourcing Is a Major Part of This Job You should already know how to find candidates instead of depending entirely on job postings. We Are Specifically Looking For

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and hiring.
- Hands-on experience with PyjamaHR, Workindia or similar recruitment systems.
- Strong working knowledge of major job portals and candidate databases.
- Good connections with recruitment consultancies in Nagpur.
- Existing connections with staffing, manpower and recruitment outsourcing platforms/agencies.
- Strong understanding of the local Nagpur candidate market.
- Ability to develop new sourcing channels when existing channels are not delivering.
- Experience using referrals, databases, local networks, consultancies, walk-ins and direct sourcing depending on the requirement.

Must Have

- 4–5+ years of hands-on recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.




- Strong non-IT recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience handling high-volume/bulk recruitment.
- Experience independently hiring Team Leads, Managers or other experienced white-collar profiles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening ability.
- Valuable negotiation and candidate follow-up skills.
- Experience managing multiple requirements and hiring deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable maintaining recruitment data and working with Excel/Google Sheets and ATS/recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Based in Nagpur or genuinely willing to relocate to Nagpur.
