Role: Field Recruiter
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Performance Incentive: ₹10,000 – ₹40,000/month
Potential Earnings: ₹30,000 – ₹65,000+
Weekly Incentive: Performance-based
Monthly Incentive: Up to ₹40,000
Your Target
- Delivery Partner/Rider hiring
- FOD activation
- Each qualifying Delivery Partner to complete 20 orders
- Candidate follow-up & onboarding
- Weekly & monthly target achievement
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
