Indian Idol Academy, Patiala, is looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle student inquiries, assist with admissions, and provide excellent customer service to students and parents.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in music, singing, and performing arts.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome students, parents, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries.
- Provide information about singing, instrumental, dance, and music production courses.
- Manage student admissions, registration forms, and fee records.
- Schedule appointments, trial classes, and meetings with faculty.
- Maintain student attendance, inquiry registers, and admission records.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding admissions.
- Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and management for daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist in promotional activities, student events, and academy administration.

Requirements & Qualifications




- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Freshers can apply; experience in reception, customer service, or educational institutes will be an advantage.
- Interest in music, singing, dance, or the entertainment industry is preferred.
