Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a Receivables Executive to manage customer accounts, monitor outstanding payments, and ensure timely collection of receivables. The role requires regular customer follow-up, accurate account reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams to maintain healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor customer receivables, invoices, and outstanding balances.
- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for pending payments.
- Maintain ageing reports and customer statements.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Sales teams regarding outstanding payments.
- Track overdue accounts and escalate long-pending payments.
- Prepare regular receivables and collection reports.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Receivables, Credit Control, or Collections.
- Good knowledge of receivables, ageing, reconciliation, and payment follow-up procedures.
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
