The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to handle visitors, calls, and day-to-day office coordination efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist visitors, clients and guests professionally.

Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned team members. Manage front-desk activities and visitor records. Coordinate appointments and meetings. Handle basic administrative and office coordination tasks.

Maintain a professional and organized reception area. Coordinate with internal teams whenever required. Handle basic email, WhatsApp and communication-related tasks.



Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and presentable personality. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.

Good Hindi and English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently. Candidates from real estate, corporate or service industries will be preferred.
