About the Role:

Neolytix is a fast-growing healthcare services company looking for dynamic and ambitious fresh graduates to join our team as Management Trainees – US Healthcare.

This role offers an opportunity to build a structured career in US Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Billing, and Credentialing Operations through comprehensive training and hands-on exposure to live business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in structured training programs covering US Healthcare, RCM processes, Medical Billing, and Credentialing.
- Gain hands-on experience by working on live projects involving claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and credentialing.
- Support the operations team in achieving productivity, quality, and client service benchmarks.
- Follow established processes and compliance requirements related to US Healthcare operations.
- Develop strong knowledge of healthcare processes, systems, and industry practices.
- Collaborate with team members and experienced mentors to achieve business and learning objectives.
- Progress into specialized or leadership roles based on performance, capability, and career development.

Who Can Apply? We are looking for recent graduates from Science or Commerce backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Sc.
- B.Com.
- BBA
- BCA
- or other relevant graduate degrees

Eligibility Criteria:

- Fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience.
- Minimum 70% aggregate in Class 12th (CBSE/ICSE or equivalent).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a night shift and from the Gurugram office (onsite).
- Candidates from Delhi-NCR and Tier-1/Cosmopolitan cities will be preferred.

Compensation: Salary: Up to 3.4 LPA
