We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a robust sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sources.
- Connect with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, amenities, pricing, and benefits.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from initial contact and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain and regularly update lead data in CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Follow up consistently with potential buyers to maximize lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide timely assistance throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns, leads, inquiries, and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales and lead follow-up reports.
