Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement activities to support AXRIA’s real estate development and asset management operations. This role manages supplier identification and evaluation, leads contract negotiation, and ensures favorable pricing, terms, and service levels.

The Procurement

Manager will develop and implement procurement policies, coordinate with project and finance teams to understand requirements, and maintain accurate purchasing and contract records. Day-to-day work includes analyzing spend data, optimizing supplier performance,



mitigating risks, and supporting compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. The role also involves continuous process improvement, contributing to cost savings initiatives, and fostering strong, professional relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and supplier evaluation skills, with experience managing sourcing processes and vendor selection.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements.
- Advanced analytical skills for cost analysis, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making in a procurement environment.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is preferred, with familiarity across project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, priorities multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with procurement or ERP systems and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; professional procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
