Role Description The Real Estate Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The consultant will guide clients through the complete real estate cycle, including understanding requirements, shortlisting properties, organizing site visits, and supporting documentation and closing. Daily tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local projects, coordinating with builders and developers, presenting property options, and negotiating commercial terms to benefit clients.

The role also involves tracking market trends, preparing basic reports,



and contributing to client engagement activities such as follow-ups, relationship management, and post-sale support.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including local Bangalore market dynamics and project types.
- Demonstrated Sales skills with experience in lead conversion, client presentations, and closing transactions.
- Effective Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and manage discussions with clients, builders, and partners.
- Ability to deliver Training or guidance to clients on processes, documentation, and investment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric and ethical consulting approach.
- Comfort with on-site work, frequent client meetings, and property visits across Bengaluru.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, messaging platforms); fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in residential or investment real estate consulting, sales, or related fields is preferred; a relevant degree or certification is beneficial.
