Isiri Technologies INC is looking to hire experienced React.js Developers through the Eazyway Platform. Candidates should have strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Micro Frontend architecture, Webpack Module Federation, state management, performance optimization, and CI/CD.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing large-scale Micro Frontend environments and developing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. React.js Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ReactJS.
- Develop reusable and maintainable React components.
- Work with JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Follow React development standards and best practices.

1. React Hooks & State Management

- Work extensively with React Hooks for application development.
- Implement application state management using Redux and Context API.
- Design scalable state-management solutions for complex applications.
- Optimize component rendering and application behavior.
- Troubleshoot state-management and UI-related issues.

1. Micro Frontend Architecture

- Design and develop applications using Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture.
- Work with large-scale environments supporting 100+ Micro Frontends.
- Manage Micro Frontend integrations and dependencies.
- Implement navigation and data sharing between Micro Frontends.
- Support multiple React MFE versions within host applications.

1. Webpack Module Federation

- Implement and manage Webpack Module Federation configurations.
- Configure shared modules across multiple Micro Frontends.
- Manage dependencies and shared libraries between MFEs.
- Support Monorepo-based Micro Frontend development.
- Troubleshoot module federation, versioning,



and integration issues.
- Ensure reliable communication between host and remote applications.

1. Performance Optimization & Caching

- Analyze and optimize React application performance.
- Identify rendering, loading, and resource-related performance bottlenecks.
- Implement agile caching strategies to improve application performance.
- Optimize application bundles and frontend resource loading.
- Monitor and improve overall web application responsiveness.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in React.js development.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with React Hooks, Redux, and Context API.
- Hands-on experience with Micro Frontend architecture.
- Strong experience with Webpack Module Federation.
- Experience managing large-scale environments with 100+ Micro Frontends.
- Experience with Monorepo management and shared module configuration.
- Experience managing navigation and data sharing between MFEs.
- Experience managing multiple React MFE versions within host applications.
- Strong understanding of React performance optimization and dynamic caching strategies.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party applications.
- Experience with Nginx and IIS performance tuning.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or similar testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Qualification: Graduation.
