React Native & Full Stack Web Developer

We're looking for a developer who enjoys owning a feature from the first conversation all the way to the Play Store release. You'll join our IT & Digital Solutions team in Bodh Gaya and build the apps, websites and systems our business runs on.

About the role

This isn't a role tucked into one corner of the stack. In a single week you might fix a location-permission bug in the mobile app, build a new screen for the CRM dashboard, and set up a webhook so new leads flow into ERPNext without anyone copying them by hand.

We need someone who can listen to a business problem, ask good questions, and turn the answer into software that holds up in production. You'll have real ownership, and the work you ship will be used every day.

You'll work across:

- Android and iOS mobile applications
- Our company websites and landing pages
- Internal business tools and admin dashboards
- CRM and ERP integrations built on Frappe / ERPNext

- Marketing and lead automation
- APIs, webhooks and cloud deployments

What you'll do

Mobile apps (React Native)

You'll build and look after our Android and iOS apps, from the first screen to the store listing.

- Create reusable, responsive UI components and connect them to our REST APIs
- Implement sign-in, GPS and location, camera, image upload and device permissions
- Add push notifications and deep links where the product needs them
- Keep app state and API data tidy and efficient
- Step into native Android code when React Native alone isn't enough
- Test on a range of Android devices and screen sizes, and chase down performance issues
- Build APK/AAB releases and help ship Play Store updates

Web applications (React.js / Next.js) On the web side, you'll build the tools our teams and customers use.





- Develop dashboards, CRM screens, admin panels and landing pages
- Set up authentication and role-based access so people see only what they should
- Handle forms, validation, file uploads and data processing
- Keep pages fast, fix production bugs and roll out new features

Backend and APIs You'll write the services that tie everything together.
- Build REST APIs and connect third-party APIs and webhooks
- Secure endpoints with proper authentication and authorization
- Add clear validation, error handling and logging, so problems are easy to trace
- Keep data in sync between our apps, CRM, ERP and external platforms, including lead automation

ERP and CRM integration Much of our business logic lives in Frappe / ERPNext, so you'll spend real time there.

- Connect our web and mobile apps to ERP APIs
- Work with leads, users, roles, permissions and business workflows
- Build CRM features and untangle sync issues when data doesn't match

Databases

- Design tables and relationships, write queries and validate data
- Handle everyday optimization, data migrations and synchronization
- Work with one or more of MySQL / MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Cloudflare D1 / SQLite or MongoDB

Deployment

- Deploy to Cloudflare, Vercel, AWS or Netlify
- Use Git and GitHub well: clear branches and pull requests
- Manage environment variables and deployment settings
- Set up domains, DNS and SSL, and sort out production issues when they come up

Nice to have

None of these are must-haves, but experience with any of them will help you settle in faster:

- Native Android development in Java or Kotlin

- Expo and Firebase
- Push notifications, Google Maps / GPS, camera and image upload

- Cloudinary and AWS
- Meta Ads, Google Ads or WhatsApp API integrations
- CRM systems, especially ERPNext / Frappe

- CI/CD pipelines
- SEO and website performance tuning

Who you are Skills matter, but how you work matters just as much. You'll likely thrive here if you:

- Can take a requirement, figure out the right approach and get moving without needing step-by-step direction
- Care about clean, readable code that the next person can pick up easily
- Test your work before it goes live, not after someone reports a bug
- Are comfortable in an existing codebase, not only on fresh projects
- Explain technical problems clearly, including to people who aren't developers
- Take ownership of what you build and see it through

Experience and education

- At least 2 years of professional development experience
- A degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent is preferred
- No formal degree? If you have robust practical experience and projects to show, we'd still like to hear from you

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
