About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled React Native Developer to join our esteemed client, a prominent Big 4 consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in mobile application development, backend integration, and enterprise-level solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical initiatives, influence architectural decisions, and contribute to the development of innovative financial technology solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers, to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications and backend services.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed systems is essential.

Experience with React Native architecture, Android/iOS integration,



and mobile lifecycle management is required. Additionally, familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, will be advantageous. Proven expertise in designing secure REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and banking/financial services domain knowledge will set candidates apart.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role include leading the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and resilient mobile and backend solutions. The candidate will translate high-level solution architecture into detailed technical designs, implementation patterns, and work plans. Providing hands-on leadership in Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST API integrations, and React Native mobile channels is vital.

The role involves establishing coding standards, conducting code reviews, ensuring code quality, and reducing technical debt through reusable patterns. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams such as solution architects, product owners, UX designers, and QA testers is essential to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

The candidate will own technical estimation, dependency management, risk assessment, and release planning. Troubleshooting complex issues across mobile, API, and backend layers,



while ensuring security, performance, scalability, and operational resilience, is a core part of the role. Mentoring engineers, conducting design reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are expected.

Additionally, the role involves contributing to Agile ceremonies, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and supporting production environments to ensure high availability and reliability.
