Job Overview

We are looking for an RCI-Licensed Psychologist with 2–3 years of counseling experience to provide professional psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic support to clients. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), and psychological assessments.

The psychologist will work with clients presenting with a range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns while maintaining professional, ethical, and confidential standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual counseling and psychological intervention sessions for clients.
- Assess clients' psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns through structured interviews and appropriate assessment tools.
- Develop individualized intervention and therapy plans based on client needs.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches, particularly CBT and ERP, wherever clinically appropriate.
- Conduct and interpret relevant psychological assessments within the scope of professional qualification and licensing.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, case notes, and session documentation.




- Monitor client progress and modify intervention plans when required.
- Identify cases requiring psychiatric consultation, specialized intervention, or referral to other healthcare professionals.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and, where appropriate, their families regarding mental health concerns and coping strategies.
- Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards and applicable RCI guidelines.
- Participate in case discussions, clinical reviews, and internal training sessions as required.
- Support MantraCare's mental health and corporate wellness programs when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration/license is mandatory.
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology / Psychology or relevant qualification recognized by RCI.
- 2–3 years of hands-on counseling/psychological intervention experience.
- Solid practical understanding of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention).
- Ability to conduct, administer, and interpret relevant psychological assessments within the scope of qualification.
- Robust counseling, active listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle clients with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Good documentation and case-management skills.
- Comfortable working with online/teleconsultation platforms and digital healthcare systems.

Preferred

- Experience in teletherapy or digital mental healthcare.
- Experience handling anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and other common mental health concerns.
- Experience working with corporate wellness / EAP programs.
- Additional certifications or training in CBT, ERP, or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
