We are looking for a highly dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented Full time Faculty member for CAT &

- GMAT preparation. The ideal candidate will possess deep conceptual clarity, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of mentoring students to elite percentiles. You will play a pivotal role in curriculum design, delivering high-energy lectures, and guiding aspirants through their MBA journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Classroom Delivery: Conduct engaging, high-impact lectures for CAT and GMAT aspirants.

- Subject Specialization: Deliver deep-dive sessions in either Quantitative Aptitude &
- Data Interpretation (QA/DI)

or Verbal Ability &
- Critical Reasoning (VARC).

- Content Development: Design, review, and update comprehensive study materials, daily practice problems (DPPs), and mock test series to align with recent exam trends.

- Mentorship &

- Doubt Solving:

Conduct regular 1-on-1 doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized strategy insights based on a student's mock test analytics.

- Digital Content (Preferred): Record educational content, strategy videos, and promotional shorts for the institute's online platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
