- Quant / Algo Trading AnalystWhat You’ll Do
- Design, backtest and refine algorithmic trading strategies on Right Astra.
- Research systematic strategies across equity, F&O; and commodity markets.
- Explore AI/ML-based models for signal generation, strategy enhancement and risk management.
- Translate trading ideas and market experience into systematic, rule-based and white-box strategy logic.
- Analyse strategy performance, risk, drawdowns, robustness and market behaviour.
- Validate strategies across different market conditions and time periods.
- Work closely with the Founder, Quant and Technology teams to convert research ideas into deployable strategies.
- Document strategy logic, assumptions, methodology and performance results.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in quantitative research, algorithmic trading or related areas.
- Hands-on exposure to algorithmic trading / strategy backtesting.




- Strong interest in AI/ML applications in quantitative trading.
- Comfortable with Python and basic statistics.
- Understanding of Indian equity, F&O; or commodity markets is an advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from Quant/Algo Trading, Data Science or AI/ML training programs are welcome.

2. Data AnalystWhat You’ll Do
- Analyse trading, backtesting, market and platform-usage data.
- Build dashboards, reports and performance analytics for product and leadership teams.
- Support strategy validation through data-driven insights.
- Clean, structure and analyse large datasets from market and broker data sources.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines and reporting processes.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and identify trends, anomalies and opportunities.
- Work closely with the Quant, Product and Technology teams.

What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong relevant skills are welcome.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Working knowledge of Python or R.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Interest in financial markets and market data is an advantage.
- Candidates from Data Analytics / Data Science training programs are welcome.
