POSITION - Quality Manager

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field).
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Robust knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and quality control methods.
- Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and quality tools (RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, etc.).

Position Overview : Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured meet internal and customer quality standards. The role involves managing the entire quality function, including Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), audits, certifications, and customer complaint resolution, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.Key

Responsibilities

- Overall, in charge for the quality control & assurance.
- Monitoring on assessment of customer requirements & adherence.
- Internal personnel management and allocation of activities.
- Adherence to the quality standards.




- Ensuring zero customer complaints on the product, process, and deliveries.
- Adherence to internal documentation, testing & validation.
- Ensuring smooth processes during customer audits, system audits and other quality related audits.
- Compilation of customer complaints & handling the customer complaints for the timely closure.
- Compile inspection and test data and present to senior management.
- Handling internal & external audits & closure of them.
- Establish and implement quality checks and procedures according to customer specifications.
- Manage and review quality operations to ensure that they meet quality standards and maintain records of the same.
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process and implement corrective and preventative measures for production failures using quality data collected-
