? WE ARE HIRING | FINE JEWELLERY QUALITY MANAGER ?

? Experience: 8–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Fine Jewellery Quality Manager to lead and strengthen our quality function, with a strong focus on precision, craftsmanship and international luxury jewellery standards.
We are particularly interested in professionals who have worked on the supplier/manufacturing side for leading international luxury and fine jewellery brands and understand the level of quality, precision and attention to detail expected by global luxury houses.
? Key Technical Expertise The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of:
Fine jewellery manufacturing processes — CAD, wax/resin, casting, filing, pre-polishing, setting, polishing and final finishing.
Diamond and gemstone setting quality, including prong, bezel, pavé, channel, flush and other intricate setting techniques.
Understanding of stone security, alignment, symmetry, spacing, table orientation and setting tolerances.
Ability to identify and control casting defects, porosity, inclusions, pits, cracks, metal flow issues and dimensional variations.
Strong knowledge of metal quality, alloys, soldering/brazing, welding and construction integrity.
Expertise in assessing polishing, finishing, surface quality, sharpness of edges, consistency and overall aesthetics.
Understanding of stone matching, colour, clarity, cut, proportions and calibration, where applicable.
Ability to establish and monitor quality checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process, from raw material to finished jewellery.
Experience with first-piece approval, in-process inspection, final inspection and pre-shipment quality control.
Ability to analyse quality defects, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Developing quality standards,
inspection checklists, SOPs and acceptance criteria for different jewellery categories.
Strong understanding of AQL/inspection methodologies, measurement and documentation, where applicable.
Ability to work closely with CAD, production, setting, polishing, merchandising and design teams to resolve technical quality challenges.
? Leadership & Team Building
Beyond technical expertise, the candidate should be capable of:
Building, mentoring and training a robust Quality team.
Developing technical expertise and a quality-first culture across manufacturing.
Conducting regular quality audits and process reviews.
Identifying recurring defects and driving continuous improvement.
Training production teams on international luxury quality expectations and workmanship standards.
Working closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, consistency and timely delivery.
? Who We Are Looking For A hands-on Fine Jewellery Quality professional with a strong eye for detail, deep understanding of jewellery craftsmanship and the ability to translate international luxury standards into practical manufacturing and inspection processes.
Experience with leading international luxury and fine jewellery brands, preferably on the supplier/manufacturing side, will be highly valued.
