Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with strong experience in the Masterbatch / Polymer Manufacturing industry to lead and manage quality operations at our Sonipat plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities at the plant.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the masterbatch manufacturing process.
- Establish and monitor quality parameters for incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Handle customer quality complaints, root cause analysis, CAPA, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, SOPs, inspection standards, and documentation.
- Monitor laboratory testing and ensure proper testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Stores, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications.




- Conduct process audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and relevant documentation.
- Guide and supervise the quality team and ensure effective day-to-day functioning of the department.

Candidate Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in the Masterbatch / Polymer / Plastic Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Masterbatch manufacturing and quality processes.
- Experience in handling quality systems, testing procedures, customer complaints, and CAPA.
- Good understanding of polymer/raw material testing and finished product quality parameters.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Candidates with relevant experience in the Masterbatch industry will be preferred.

Salary ₹6–7 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
