Position: Quality Inspector

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for incoming material inspection and testing of RM and MB as per specifications released by Regional Quality and maintaining relevant records.
- Responsible for completing and maintaining revalidation records for all equipment as per the defined plan.
- Perform daily challenge tests on machines as per the inspection plan.
- Perform daily calibration and maintain calibration records.
- Update and verify Line Clearance, Online, Offline, Line Defect, and Non-Conforming Product records as per Good Documentation Practices.
- Maintain the condition and accuracy of all measuring equipment in the Quality Lab.
- Support product validation and revalidation activities.




- Use the recommended PPE in the working area and follow all applicable safety guidelines.
- Implement and maintain 5S standards in the Quality Lab.

Required Skill

- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.SC - Chemistry Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
