Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.

Perform dimensional checks, material testing,

Use measurement tools Like Vernier calipers, Micrometers, Contour and Surface Roughness Testers.

FAI (First Article Inspection) for recent parts.Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify quality issues and defects.

Implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) to track process variations.

Work with production teams to resolve non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.Investigate root causes of defects using 5 Whys,

Develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurrence.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of defects. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.

Maintain and update, work instructions, and inspection reports.
