Key Responsibilities

Lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control team.

Manage Incoming, IPQC & Final Quality Inspection.

Handle customer complaints, RCA, CAPA & 8D.

Drive reduction in rejection, rework and defects.

Manage Supplier Quality & Customer Quality.





Conduct internal, customer and external audits.

Implement Poka-Yoke, 5S, Kaizen, SPC & MSA.

Monitor Quality KPIs, MIS and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & Quality Management Systems.

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase and R&D; teams.

⚙️ Required Skills

Robust experience in Electronics Manufacturing Quality

Knowledge of PCB/PCBA, electronic components, testing & inspection

Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC & MSA

Supplier & Customer Quality Management

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred: Electronics Manufacturing / Control Panels / Power Electronics / Industrial Electronics / PCB Assembly experience.
