Role & responsibilities

- Head the complete QA function for hose and hose-assembly operations independently

- Create the Quality Manual, SOPs, and job cards / work instructions for every assembly

- Carry out goods received inspection, in-process inspection, testing (pressure, proof, leak) and pre-delivery inspection (PDI)

- Issue test certificates and inspection reports; maintain traceability and calibration records

- Handle non-conformances and customer complaints, and lead root cause analysis and CAPA

- Train assembly staff on quality procedures

Preferred candidate profile

- 812 years in QA/QC, including at least 35 years heading quality in the hose industry

- Hands-on knowledge of hose assembly, crimping, testing and relevant standards (SAE, EN, ISO 9001)

- Has written quality manuals and job cards before, and can set up systems without handholding

- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred
