Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in design, production, and maintenance activities.
- Support day-to-day manufacturing and shop floor operations.
- Learn and follow engineering drawings, technical specifications, and process standards.
- Monitor production processes and help improve efficiency and quality.




- Participate in quality checks, inspections, and testing of components.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain technical documentation, reports, and production records.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions.
- Support process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on the shop floor.
