Final Verification: Measures finished dimensions (such as flatness, straightness, and perpendicularity) using tools like calipers, micrometers, and 3D scanners.

Core Responsibilities Incoming Inspection: Check raw metal sheets or coils for correct thickness, material grade , and surface flaws before production. In-Process Monitoring: Inspect parts during cutting, laser profiling, stamping, bending, and welding to catch errors early.
