Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure quality assurance engineering activities are carried out according to defined procedures.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, manufacturing processes, or supplier performance.

- Provide technical guidance on quality-related matters to junior engineers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) Engineering role.

- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

- Solid understanding of industrialization principles, including lean manufacturing concepts.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
