AI-Native Quality Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI-Native QA Engineer (QA-1) who uses AI as a core part of the testing lifecycle to deliver faster, broader, and more reliable testing for fintech applications.

The role is focused on AI-assisted test automation, functional testing, test coverage, defect identification, and QA productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex or equivalent for test creation and automation.

- Use AI across the QA lifecycle requirement analysis, test-case generation, test-data creation, automation, debugging, and documentation.

- Create comprehensive functional, regression, integration, and API test cases using AI-assisted approaches.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or equivalent.

- Use AI to identify edge cases, negative scenarios, and potential defects that may be missed through conventional testing.

- Automate API testing and validation for backend services.

- Use AI for failure analysis, log analysis, and root-cause identification.

- Validate AI-generated test cases and automation scripts for accuracy and coverage.





- Maintain regression suites and continuously improve test coverage.

- Work closely with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.

Required Skills:

- 13 years of experience in QA / Software Testing.

- Good understanding of functional, regression, API and integration testing.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or equivalent.

- Basic scripting/programming knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java.

- Positive understanding of REST APIs, SQL and Git.

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA/testing tools.

- Ability to effectively prompt, guide, and validate AI-generated test cases and automation code.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred:

- Experience building automation primarily through AI-assisted development.

- Experience with CI/CD-based automated testing.

- Understanding of cloud-based applications and microservices.
