We are looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) with 3–4 years of experience who has hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have experience with Selenium and JMeter, along with a robust understanding of software testing processes and quality assurance.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, performing different types of testing, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
- Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Tech, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Experience with Selenium for automation testing.
- Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Experience in creating and executing test cases and test scenarios.
- Ability to identify, document, track, and follow up on software defects.
- Good understanding of functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and performance testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work from an office in Lucknow.

Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform manual testing of web and software applications.
- Develop and execute automation test cases using Selenium.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and defects.
- Track defects and coordinate with developers for resolution and retesting.
- Perform regression testing after bug fixes and new releases.
- Participate in test planning and contribute to overall quality assurance activities.
- Maintain testing documentation, test cases, and test reports.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure product quality.
- Identify potential quality issues and provide timely feedback.
- Ensure applications meet functional and quality requirements before release.
- Contribute to improving testing processes and overall product quality.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
