Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QMS role based in Palwal. The QMS skilled will oversee implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System within the facility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating quality procedures, conducting internal audits, monitoring compliance with quality standards, and supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformities.

The role involves close coordination with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure that processes, documentation, and records meet both customer and regulatory requirements. The QMS professional will also support training on quality practices, prepare quality reports and metrics for management review,



and contribute to initiatives that enhance product reliability and process efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or similar) and experience in implementing, auditing, and improving QMS in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies such as root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), control plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes or related industrial engineering operations, including basic process parameters, inspection methods, and defect analysis.
- Proficiency in documenting procedures, preparing audit reports, maintaining quality records, and using MS Office or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and apply quality standards and customer requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on the shop floor and in office settings.
- Ability to work on-site in Palwal, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a agile production environment.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field; prior experience in QMS roles within manufacturing or automotive/industrial supply chains is preferred.
