Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and KPI reports aligned to business requirements.
- Work with business users to gather requirements, define metrics, and translate needs into effective data visualizations and analytics experiences.
- Build and optimize data models, including associations, transformations, and incremental loads to ensure performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain Qlik load scripts; ensure data accuracy, consistency, and refresh reliability across environments.
- Implement best practices for app structure, reusable components, and visualization standards to improve usability and adoption.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with data engineering/IT teams to integrate multiple data sources and ensure secure, governed access to data.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, and support handover materials; provide user support and training as needed.

Minimum

Qualifications:

- BTECH, MTECH, MCA,



or MSC (or equivalent).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing BI solutions with Qlik Sense.
- Strong understanding of Qlik Sense data modeling, set analysis, and scripting concepts.
- Experience building interactive dashboards and reports with a focus on usability and business outcomes.
- Ability to analyze requirements, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and deliver within timelines.

Preferred

Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with QlikView, including migration/enhancement of legacy apps to Qlik Sense where applicable.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and enterprise data sources.
- Experience with performance optimization (data model tuning, load optimization, app responsiveness) and governance practices.
- Familiarity with Qlik Sense security rules, section access, and deployment/release processes across environments.
- Proven ability to work in agile teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions end-to-end.
