- Strong understanding of basic electrical and mechanical engineering principles relevant to motors and controllers.

- Ability to perform inspections using standard measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Familiarity with quality control procedures, sampling methods, and documentation practices in a manufacturing environment.

- Competence in data recording and analysis using spreadsheets or basic quality software to track defects and process performance.

- Positive problem-solving skills with the ability to support root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, design, and quality teams on-site.

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.

- Prior internship or 0–4 years of experience in QC or manufacturing for motors, automotive, or industrial products is an advantage.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, shop-floor environment with attention to safety and quality standards.
